* E. Lewis Reid has been named president and chief executive officer of the California Endowment, Woodland Hills. The private foundation was established in 1996 to expand access to affordable health care among underserved communities and individuals. Reid had been acting director for the past nine months.

* Keith Green has joined DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services, Woodland Hills, as vice president of office services. Green had been with Seeley Co., Encino, where he was vice president.

DAUM provides commercial real estate services through nine offices in Southern California and Arizona.

* Kelly O’Connor has been promoted to vice president, exhibitor services for Warner Bros. Domestic Theatrical Distribution, Burbank. O’Connor supervises the placement of trailers and advertising materials in theaters in the United States and Canada and is responsible for coordinating in-theater promotions between exhibitors and the studio.

O’Connor joined Warner Bros. in 1988 in the distribution division’s Encino branch office as promotional materials coordinator, western division.

* Steve Winslow has been named senior vice president, finance and business development, the Disney Store Worldwide, Burbank. Winslow will oversee the worldwide finance, accounting and business development functions for the Disney Store. Prior to joining Disney, Winslow served as chief financial officer for Star Markets Inc., a $1-billion privately held grocery chain in Boston.

The Disney Store has more than 700 locations in 11 countries.

* Laura Paschen Hontas has been appointed director of sales and marketing for the Sheraton Universal Hotel, Universal City. Hontas had been director of sales and marketing at the Westin Long Beach hotel.

Catherine Rosen will become the hotel’s controller, responsible for financial operations and management. Most recently, Rosen was controller for the Radisson Hotel, San Diego.
