SEAL BEACH
The Lion’s Club donated a beach wheelchair to the city at Tuesday’s council meeting. The wheelchair, which gives disabled people access to the water and the beach, can be borrowed from the lifeguards at the pier. It is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
