Free textbooks from Yorba Linda and Brea schools are available from Aug. 25 to 27 and Aug. 30 to Sept. 3. Higher state education standards made the books obsolete, school officials said. The books will be available at the school district’s maintenance yard, 4999 Casa Loma Ave., from 1 to 4 p.m. Information: (714) 985-8603.
