Authorities Seek Public’s Help in Apprehending 4 Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating four people wanted in connection with alleged parole and probation violations and failure to appear in court. Warrants have been issued in each case.

Albert Juan Joyner, 30, was charged with felony drunk driving, which deputies say is a violation of his state prison parole.

Joyner last lived in the 2200 block of Beaufort Drive in Oxnard. He is black, 5 feet 6, 150 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He has three tattoos on his left arm: two hearts and a rose.

Laura Lea Johnson, who also uses the last name Dailey, 36, was convicted of possessing illegal drugs for sale and a dangerous weapon and being under the influence of illegal drugs.

She was placed on probation, which deputies say she has violated.

Johnson last lived in the 5400 block of Cypress Road in Oxnard. She is white, 5 feet 7, 150 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes. She has a blue rose and the words “Friends Forever” tattooed on her left shoulder.

Philip Harold Conway, 36, was convicted of robbery and grand theft and released from jail on his promise to appear in court for sentencing. Deputies say he failed to show up.

Conway is white, 6 feet 1, 185 pounds and has blond hair and blue eyes. He has the initials “KTC” tattooed on his left upper arm.

Jesse Michael Pedi, 33, was convicted of forgery and was placed on probation. Deputies say he has violated the terms of his probation.

Pedi is white, 5 feet 11, 185 pounds and has brown hair and hazel eyes. He has a cross tattooed on his left index finger and the initials “JP” on his left hand.
