The City Council will consider on Tuesday plans to stabilize a portion of San Juan Creek by Resco Self-Storage. The business wants to use riprap, one-half-ton to two-ton boulders, to prevent storm erosion near its business. The council meets at 7 p.m. in chambers, 32400 Paseo Adelanto.
