Chicken Parmigiana Pronto

Share

I need to serve meals at the last minute because of the many kid functions we all seem to have nowadays. This is a dinner that has always worked well for us and is one kids like.

I use a boxed chicken patty found in the freezer section of the market. Cook the chicken patty in a frying pan until heated throughout. Lay a thick slice of mozzarella cheese on top, then spoon on some of your favorite spaghetti sauce. Continue cooking until the cheese starts to melt. Serve with a green vegetable and your favorite bread; sourdough bread goes well with it. Total time is about 10 minutes.
