THE SAFETY ZONE: ACTION LOG

The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Tuesday:

ANAHEIM

* Brookhurst Street at Katella Avenue: A reckless driver was reported at 1:01 a.m. Monday.

* Bluegrass Street: A narcotics violation was reported in the 1000 block at 5:16 p.m. Monday.

CYPRESS

* Lincoln Avenue at Denni Street: Police arrested two suspects who were driving a stolen vehicle at 10:29 p.m. Thursday.

* Graham Street: A grand theft was reported in the 9000 block at 10:13 p.m. Thursday. A cable line extender valued at $800 was stolen from a locked Media One van.

* Lincoln Avenue: Police arrested a person suspected of petty theft in the 5000 block at 6:24 p.m. Thursday.

DANA POINT

* Camino Capistrano: A robbery alarm in the 34000 block was triggered at 7:40 a.m. Sunday.

* Doheny Park Road: A robbery alarm in the 34000 block was triggered at 11:22 a.m. Sunday.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Parakeet Circle: Someone blew up a mailbox, possibly with a firecracker, in the 10400 block at 3:27 a.m. Sunday.

HUNTINGTON BEACH

* Clay Avenue at Delaware Street: Two women were reported passed out in a car at 1:23 a.m. Sunday.

LAGUNA BEACH

* Pear at Pacific Coast Highway: A Mission Viejo man was arrested on suspicion of drug possession at 3:15 a.m. Monday.

LA HABRA

* Lambert Road at Beach Boulevard: An auto theft was reported at 2:47 a.m. Friday.

* West Imperial Highway: A robbery was reported in the 1000 block at 6:16 p.m. Thursday.

LAKE FOREST

* Commerce Center Drive at Biscayne Bay Drive: At 2:50 p.m. last Wednesday, deputies observed two off-road motorcycles trespassing on private undeveloped property. Both drivers were cited and released at the scene.

* El Toro Road: A theft was reported in the 22300 block at 4:25 p.m. last Wednesday. The informant business owner reported that a person left with videos but did not pay for them.

The investigation is ongoing.

* Lake Forest Drive: In the 22700 block at 5:15 p.m. last Wednesday, an informant reported that her niece had fallen into the pool. The child was unconscious and breathing. She was transported to the hospital for evaluation.

LA PALMA

* Warwick Cirle at Westra Lane: An illegal peddler was reported at 5:39 p.m. Sunday.

* Walker Street: A theft was reported in the 8400 block at 3:32 p.m. Sunday.

* Walker Street: Trespassing was reported in the 8200 block at 9:29 a.m. Sunday.

MISSION VIEJO

* Cordillera Drive at Jeronimo Road: A reckless driver was reported at 1:02 a.m. Monday.

* Embajadores Lane: A burglary in progress was reported in the 24000 block at 1:22 a.m. Monday.

* Los Alisos Boulevard: A burglary was reported in the 28000 block at 12:59 a.m. Monday.

* Los Alisos Boulevard: A burglary was reported in the 23000 block at 3:52 a.m. Monday.

ORANGE

* Eckhoff Street: A traffic collision was reported in the 800 block at 5:08 p.m. Monday. No injuries were reported.

PLACENTIA

* Salvador Drive: Several reports of shots fired in the 1200 block at 10:25 p.m. Sunday.

* Chapman Avenue: Personal checks and a pager were reported stolen from a red Toyota Tercel at 8:29 p.m. in the 200 block Sunday.

* Somerset Drive: A noninjury hit and run involving a 1986 red Chevy Camaro was reported at 1:34 p.m. Sunday.

SAN CLEMENTE

* South El Camino Real: A robbery alarm in the 1000 block was triggered at 1:28 p.m. Sunday.

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO

* Los Rios Street: A robbery alarm in the 31000 block was triggered at 1:29 p.m. Sunday.

* La Zanja Street: A robbery alarm in the 26000 block was triggered at 11:59 p.m. Sunday.

SEAL BEACH

* Westminster Avenue at Seal Beach Boulevard: A drunk driver was reported at 10:38 p.m. Sunday.

* 14th Street: A theft was reported at 5:31 p.m. Sunday.

VILLA PARK

* Loma Street: An robbery alarm in the 9000 block was triggered at 3:50 p.m. Monday.

YORBA LINDA

* Winchester Lane: A petty theft was reported in the 19300 block at 3:12 p.m. Friday.

* Canyon Drive: A grand theft was reported in the 19700 block at 1:29 p.m. Friday.

* Cinnamon Teal at Calle Corta: A reckless driver was reported at 9:37 p.m. Sunday.

* Hollyoak: A disturbance was reported in the 24000 block at 2:50 a.m. Sunday.

* Windsong: A prowler was seen in the 23000 block at 2:53 a.m. Sunday.

* Chase: A suspicious person was reported in the 22000 block at 12:58 p.m. Saturday.

FOOTHILL RANCH

* Ellipse: A burglary was reported in the 20000 block at 3:51 p.m. Monday.

* Ellipse: A burglary was reported in the 20000 block at 6:23 p.m. Monday.

* Verano: A burglary was reported in the 100 block at 2:26 p.m. Monday.

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA

* Via Onza: A fireworks violation was reported in the 100 block at 9:06 p.m. Saturday.

* Calle del Rio: A burglary was reported in the 100 block at 8:52 p.m. Friday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports Tuesday: Brea, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Irvine, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Los Alamitos, Newport Beach, Santa Ana, Stanton, Tustin and Westminster.
