The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Wednesday:

ANAHEIM

* Fillmore Drive: A burglary alarm in the 8000 block was triggered at 5:43 p.m. Tuesday.

* Brookhurst Street: A burglary alarm in the 10000 block was triggered at 4:16 p.m. Tuesday.

* Katella Avenue: A burglary alarm in the 8000 block was triggered at 8:13 p.m. Tuesday.

CYPRESS

* Lincoln Avenue: Police made an arrest in the 5000 block at 4:57 p.m. Thursday.

* Forest Street: A grand theft was reported in the 6000 block at 4:49 p.m. Thursday. Three broad-band amplifiers valued at $700 each and a line extender valued at $1,000 were stolen.

* Orange Avenue: A 1966 Chevy truck was reported stolen in the 5000 block at 12:27 p.m. Thursday.

DANA POINT

* Crown Valley Parkway: A burglary alarm in the 32000 block was triggered at 9:15 a.m. Tuesday.

* Dana Drive: A burglary alarm in the 25000 block was triggered at 10:49 a.m. Tuesday.

* Pointe Stirling: A burglary alarm in the 32000 block was triggered at 8:44 p.m. Tuesday.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Aster Circle: A bottle of antibiotics and a gun were reported stolen from a home in the 9900 block at 4:22 a.m. Friday.

FULLERTON

* Yorba Linda Boulevard: A burglary was reported in the 3000 block at 6:15 a.m. Friday.

* South Harbor Boulevard: Police made an arrest in the 700 block at 10:46 a.m. Friday.

LAGUNA BEACH

* Pacific Coast Highway: A report of a residential burglary in the 31000 block was made at 3:43 p.m. Tuesday. A $1,500 ring was stolen from a locked room.

LA HABRA

* South Beach Boulevard: A robbery was reported in the 1000 block at 3:55 a.m. Friday.

LAKE FOREST

* Aspan Street: A burglary was reported in the 22000 block at 10:45 p.m. Tuesday.

* Bake Parkway: A reckless driver was reported in the 21000 block at 1:43 p.m. Tuesday.

* Calle Balsa: A narcotics violation was reported in the 21000 block at 1:35 a.m. Tuesday.

* Via Del Rio: A disturbance was reported in the 2400 block at 2:48 p.m. Tuesday.

LA PALMA

* Orangethorpe Avenue: A man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly in the 5600 block at 2 a.m. Tuesday.

* Marview Drive: Report of vandalism in the 5200 block was made at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday.

* Walker Street at La Luna Drive: Report of a reckless driver was made at 11 p.m. Tuesday.

LOS ALAMITOS

* Howard Avenue: A resident reported a man with binoculars loitering in the 4000 block at 6:07 a.m. Sunday. Police found that he was concerned about traffic in the area.

MISSION VIEJO

* Camden: An 18-year-old man was arrested late Saturday night in the 27000 block on suspicion of burglary. He reportedly unlocked a sliding glass door and entered a residence. Nothing was stolen.

* Lake Forest Drive and Fernleaf: A vehicle hit a curb at 3 a.m. Saturday and then struck a traffic light standard. The driver was taken to the hospital. Deputies suspect alcohol may have been involved. The investigation is ongoing.

* Marguerite Parkway: A suspect was arrested in the 27000 block at 11 a.m. Friday on a charge of attempting to pass a forged prescription for medication.

* Muirlands Boulevard and Los Alisos Boulevard: Deputies stopped a car for traffic violations at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, and the driver and the passenger were arrested, one on a charge of drug possession and the other on two outstanding warrants.

ORANGE

* Chapman Avenue: A misdemeanor hit-and-run was reported in the 1800 block at 1 p.m. Friday.

SAN CLEMENTE

* Calle Prospera: A burglary alarm in the 100 block was triggered at 1:44 a.m. Tuesday.

* Avenida Del Mar: A burglary alarm in the 300 block was triggered at 9:28 a.m. Tuesday.

STANTON

* Beach Boulevard at Garden Grove Boulevard: Report of reckless driving was made at 2:35 p.m. Tuesday.

* Sentry Drive: Report of a narcotics violation in the 10000 block was made at 6:05 p.m. Tuesday.

TUSTIN

* West 1st Street: Police advised residents to lower the volume of their television in the 500 block at 2:09 a.m. Monday.

* Warner Avenue: A vehicle owner reported that two of his tires had been slashed in a parking lot in the 1100 block at 10:55 a.m. Monday.

VILLA PARK

* Estates Drive: A burglary alarm in the 100 block was triggered at 10:03 a.m. Tuesday.

* Patrician Drive: A burglary alarm in the 18000 block was triggered at 7:54 p.m. Tuesday.

OTHER COMMUNITIES

FOOTHILL RANCH

* Lanette Avenue: A burglary was reported in the 100 block at 2:24 p.m. Tuesday.

* Towne Centre Drive: Deputies responded to a disturbance in the 26000 block at 3:48 p.m. Tuesday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports Wednesday: Brea, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Newport Beach, Placentia, San Juan Capistrano, Santa Ana, Seal Beach, Westminster and Yorba Linda.
