Coughlin Joins Alcone Marketing as VP

* Ron Coughlin has joined Alcone Marketing Group as executive vice president of strategic planning and client services for West Coast operations in Irvine. He had been senior vice president of the Impac division of Foote, Cone & Belding, Chicago. In addition, Cameron Parsons was named executive vice president, account services, and Kevin Favell was appointed executive vice president, creative services, West Coast.

Dan Feinberg has formed a new consulting company in Newport Beach, Fein-Line Associates, that will focus primarily on the printed wiring board industry. Operations are expected to begin Sept. 1. Feinberg was formerly president of Morton Electronic Materials, Dynachem, and group vice president and an officer of the parent company, Morton International.

Terrence Chew has been appointed vice president of clinical and regulatory affairs for Techniclone Corp. in Tustin, effective Aug. 30. He joins the company from SkyePharma Inc., where he was vice president, clinical development.

Victor Romero has been named to the new position of vice president of sales and operations for Orconet.com in Orange, a broadband and Internet access provider. Romero has previously held positions at Sprint PCS and Pacific Bell, and he has been a consultant for a variety of other Internet and telecommunications companies.

Lorry Lynn has been appointed principal of the Meyers Group, an Irvine provider of new home real estate information and consulting services. Lynn, who has been with the firm 10 years, had been senior managing director.
