The City Council recently awarded $1,000 scholar-athlete scholarships to four high school students--two each from Foothill and Tustin high schools. Siblings Jennifer and Jeremy Kogler won the Foothill scholarships and IshChuna McDonald and Brian Burns earned those for Tustin students.
