As if the shoe-obsessed need one more pair of shoes, here comes Just the Right Shoe--4-inch, porcelain hand-painted shoes. The collectibles from Willitts Designs International of Petaluma, Calif., are sold at Nordstrom, the Museum Co. and most Hallmark stores for $12 to $20 apiece.
