* Central Financial Acceptance Corp., a Commerce-based consumer finance and travel company that primarily serves the Latino community, said it plans to sell its financial services business to focus on the Internet and travel services units. Company Chairman Gary Cypres, Central’s majority shareholder, said he will form a management group to explore purchasing the financial service business. The company said it will hire an investment banking firm to advise it and assist in selling the unit, which had assets of $53 million as of Sept. 30. The company said it will change the name of the business to Todisimo, to reflect the company’s growing presence in the Latino Internet and travel businesses.
