A fund-raiser Saturday for the Vietnam War Memorial to be built in Westminster includes a walk-a-thon and entertainment. Registration begins at 9 a.m. at City Hall and the walk begins at 10 a.m. Entertainment is scheduled for 2 p.m. The memorial, which is privately sponsored, will feature figures of a former American and a South Vietnamese soldier.
