Medi-Cal Fraud

I and other responsible, law-abiding Americans (especially of Armenian descent) are outraged and appalled by the alleged Medi-Cal fraud (Nov. 29). I wonder, if the perpetrators of these frauds had surnames that were Irish, Italian or Jewish would their ethnic background have been so stated?

A crook is a crook and should be punished once convicted to the full extent of the law. To impugn a community that has produced many fine law-abiding citizens, including a great governor, is irresponsible journalism.
