Long Beach, making 70% of its shots in the second half, beat Oregon State, 66-56, on Sunday. The Trojans beat San Diego State, 72-60, on Saturday. USC beat Portland and Creighton before losing in overtime to 17th-ranked Texas Tech, 66-63, on Nov. 29.
