SAN CLEMENTE
For the seventh consecutive year, the city was one of only 25 municipalities in the United States and Canada to receive the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award from the Government Finance Officers Assn. The agency commended San Clemente for the presentation and production of its budget documents, and included the city’s long-term financial plan section of the budget in a book that provides governing bodies with examples of model documents.
