STANTON
The City Council will discuss whether to approve a contract with A&E; Consultants for the design of a $2-million street improvement project. The reconstruction of about 13,500 feet of streets and insertion of 4,500 feet of storm drains is planned within the area bordered by Cerritos, Katella and Dale avenues and Beach Boulevard. To pay for the project, the city will match the funding provided by a recently received $1-million federal grant.
