PLACENTIA
The City Council was unable to reach an agreement Monday with union officials over the contract of Placentia’s police officers, who have been working without a contract since October. Council members met in a special session to consider ongoing negotiations with the Placentia Police Officers Assn. and told city officials to meet again with union representatives to go over new terms. There is no official deadline for approving the contract.
