LA PALMA
The Centralia Management Assn. presented Gloria Scanlon with a gift during Tuesday night’s school board meeting, in recognition of her year of service as board president. She has been a member of the board since 1977.
Scanlon, who teaches second grade at Hawaiian Elementary School, is a member of the La Palma Foundation, a nonprofit organization that identifies and supports worthwhile community activities financially.
