STUDIES

* The UCLA Kagan Memory Disorders Treatment Program is looking for participants in a memory impairment study geared toward slowing down the progression from mild cognitive impairment to Alzheimer’s disease. Participants should have a memory problem and be between the ages of 55 and 90. Also, the UCLA program is conducting a testosterone study on men diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease as well as men who are healthy with no memory problems. Participants must be 50 and older. * Harbor-UCLA Research and Education Institute in Torrance is looking for healthy men age 18 to 50 for a reversible male contraceptive study. Participants will receive financial compensation, a physical exam and a medical history. Information: (310) 222-8191.

* Healthy Korean men and women, smokers and nonsmokers, are needed for a study conducted by the Harbor-UCLA Research and Education Institute.
