Harbor Boulevard will be closed New Year’s Eve starting at 4:30 p.m. and continuing until 2 a.m. New Year’s Day for First Night Fullerton, an annual downtown cultural event. Festivities will begin at 7 p.m. with live music, dancing, comedy, hands-on art activities, theater and children’s programs. A fireworks show will light up the sky at midnight. Admission buttons are $12 for adults, $8 for children 12 and younger. Buttons may be purchased at the Fullerton Museum Center, 301 N. Pomona Ave. Information: (714) 738-6545.
