20/20 Web Design Plans to Acquire Stein’s Cake Box

20/20 Web Design Inc., Woodland Hills, said it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Stein’s Cake Box Inc., Lewisville, Texas, for approximately 1.3 million shares of 20/20’s parent company, Stein’s Holdings Inc., and $700,000 cash in exchange for a majority of Stein’s Cake Box shares outstanding. Stein’s Cake Box Inc. will become a wholly owned subsidiary of 20/20.
