Asset Management Firm Buys Blackhawk Building

Asset Management Consultants Inc., Mission Hills, said it has acquired the Blackhawk Building, a 30,000-square-foot office building at 15545 Devonshire St., Mission Hills, for $3.725 million.

The company buys commercial real estate and nonperforming notes from $500,000 to $15 million.
