TriZetto Purchases Finserv Health Care
TriZetto Group Inc., a provider of data processing services to the health care industry, said it has acquired Finserv Health Care Systems Inc., a provider of billing and other services. TriZetto, headquartered in Newport Beach, adds 20 new health care customers through the deal, including New York Presbyterian Hospital, New York’s largest hospital. Financial terms were not disclosed.
