Medi-Cal Fraud

In “Warnings of Medi-Cal Fraud Went Unheeded” (Dec. 19), Martha Escutia, chairwoman of the state Senate Health Services Committee, asks, “Was someone asleep at the wheel or what?” The answer is “or what.” Once again we see evidence that all (100%) of individuals on the public payroll--federal, state, municipal, special district--are corrupt. That’s right; 100%.
