COSTA MESA
The city and the Orange County Fair & Exposition Center are teaming up to recycle holiday trees once they become part of Christmas past.
Trees will be picked up on regular trash days between Monday and Jan. 7. Residents are asked to remove the tree stand, tinsel and decorations before putting the trees curbside by 6:30 a.m.
The pickup is for homes that use curbside trash service.
