Customer Service

The latest “bugs” in the communications network are calls to customer service numbers. If you ask these people in customer service where they are physically located, this is their answer: “I’m sorry, I’m not allowed to give out our location”(!). In needing information about anything, if you get the rottenest of service, you have no way for any redress.

The rudest of responses is thus sheltered. Some of the large organizations have various locations to handle customer service numbers, the routing being wherever a line is open. I have found the incompetent thrive. They are the live bug perpetually in the pipeline and there is little chance of service, particularly if they actively don’t wish to do so.
