Free Course Offers Tips on Hair Care, Makeup, Shopping

A free course is being offered to women who want a new look for the new year.

The eight-week course will cover hints for hair, skin care, makeup, the right accessories and the five deadly shopping sins. It will begin Jan. 4 at the Walter D. Ehlers Community Recreation Center, 8150 Knott Ave.
