HUNTINGTON BEACH
The City Council approved the Ohio-based firm of Management Partners Inc. to perform an audit of the city attorney’s office.
After hearing complaints from various city departments that the office is not responsive to their needs, the council wants to make sure that the operation runs smoothly and efficiently. City Atty. Gail Hutton has been in charge for the last 22 years.
The review will begin in mid-January. A final report is expected by mid-May.
