Share

Autec Power Systems in Simi Valley has been bought by Bridge Technology, a Garden Grove company specializing in computer peripheral products. Autec designs and services computer-related power supplies. Revenues for this year are expected to reach $12 million. The company will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Bridge Technology, and Autec’s president and chief executive, Winston Gu, will continue to manage the operations.

“The acquisition of Autec brings additional depth and diversity to Bridge Technology’s product mix,” said Bridge Technology President James Dien. “The company’s growing international distribution channels, in turn, should enhance Autec’s already diverse account base and thus accelerate sales growth.”

Bridge Technology has subsidiaries in the United States, Japan and Hong Kong.
