Contributions Sought for Jewish Groups
Volunteers with the Jewish Federation of Orange County will be calling Orange County Jewish residents Sunday to ask for contributions for use at home and abroad.
The federation’s annual “Super Sunday phonathon” will be held from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the Jewish Federation campus at 250 E. Baker Street in Costa Mesa.
The Costa Mesa nonprofit group plans to give money raised to Jewish groups in Orange County, Israel and other parts of the world. The groups would use the money for youth services, Jewish education, emergency relief, food for the needy, elder care and counseling. For information or to volunteer, call (714) 755-5555 x225.
