IRVINE

Partners in Education, the Irvine Public Schools Foundation’s community support organization, is set to deliver 35 new Rand Mcnally globes to Irvine public schools. To publicly acknowledge the gift, among other related contributions, a Celebration of Excellence will be held at 6 p.m. Feb. 18. The event’s 1999 awards will be presented to the Irvine Co., Allergan Foundation, Frank and Debbie Rugani, and Terry Lee.
