* “Chinese Family Free Day”--The Chinese New Year, above, will be celebrated with music, workshops and other activities Saturday and Sunday at the Pacific Asia Museum in Pasadena.
* “Through Our Eyes, the Art and Science of Photography”--A collaborative exhibit at the California Science Center between the Getty Museum and the center of photographs taken by 23 children between 9 and 12 years old will be on display Saturday.
* “Open House”--The George Anderson House at 215 Lime Ave. in Monrovia will be open to the public as part of Monrovia Historical Society’s monthly open house Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m.
