Sunday will be the official start of “Los Alamitos 10K/5K 19th Anniversary Race Week,” according to a City Council proclamation. Runners preparing for the city’s largest annual event have until Friday to register at the lower rate of $18. Starting Saturday, entry fees are $21. All walkers, and children participating in the Fun Run, pay $10.
