The Pavilions Shopping Center is asking for City Council approval to reduce the number of its parking spaces to make room for the expansion of the Target store. The council will have a public hearing Tuesday on the center’s request to reduce its spaces from 1,551 to 1,492. The meeting begins at 7 p.m. in council chambers, 8200 Westminster Blvd. Information: (714) 898-3311.
