*** Marvelous 3, “Hey! Album,” Hi Fi/Elektra. On the major-label rerecording of its self-released debut from last fall, this Atlanta trio concocts an often fetching blend of glam-tinged power-pop and Elvis Costello-style gibes. The players mix a dizzying array of influences, from Bowie to Queen to U2, into such glittery baubles as “Every Monday.” Since they use only what they like, they never sound slavishly sycophantic to anyone.
