Councilman Steve Simonian will speak on “The State of La Habra” at Thursday’s Good Morning La Habra breakfast. The event will include networking and free continental breakfast. Chamber of Commerce members are invited to attend and bring plenty of business cards. Breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m. at the La Habra Library, 221 E.
