Franklin Telecom Receives 2 Orders Exceeding $900,000

Franklin Telecom in Westlake Village says it has received two orders exceeding $900,000 for its Tempest DVG Systems.

Although one order was from an established customer, the other represents an initial order from a new mid-Atlantic area customer, Franklin officials said.

“This new customer is in an area in which unique geographic conditions have mandated that all ingoing and outgoing calls have been toll calls, until now,” said Peter Buswell, Franklin president. “In addition to supplying the hardware, Franklin will handle installation and maintenance.”

The second order is from a customer that is continuing an expansion of an established network, Buswell said.

Franklin designs and manufactures communications devices.
