LAKE FOREST
The city will soon be losing two founding officials. The City Council recently honored Martha Ford, the city’s first building official, who has accepted a permanent position with the city of Costa Mesa. It was also announced last week that Lt. Bob NeSmith, the city’s chief of police services, will retire next month. Both officials served the city since its 1991 incorporation.
