TUSTIN
The Foothill Communities Assn., a group made up of North Tustin residents, will hold its annual meeting at 7 p.m. Monday at Hewes Middle School, at Hewes Avenue and Foothill Boulevard. Orange County Supervisor Todd Spitzer will be guest speaker at the free event, which is open to the public. Issues concerning North Tustin include the El Toro airport and future governance of the unincorporated area.
