If you thought that snowboarding’s popularity would wax and wane like skateboarding, well, think again. But if you can’t beat ‘em--join ‘em, right? Women of all ages and abilities are invited to try out Burton snowboarding equipment--designed specifically for women--and get some tips from local pro riders. Cara-Beth Burside, who placed fourth in the 1998 Winter Olympics in the Halfpipe, will also be on hand to provide some inspiration.
