I’ve meant to write and thank you since last year for the recipe for brined turkey. We have made our last three turkeys that way and they have been the best turkeys we’ve ever made or had. Thanks for the fabulous tip, and we will continue to cook our turkeys this way. No frying for us. Keep up the good work and great stories.
