What Did You Eat for Dinner Last Night?

Frank Bowling, vice president and general manager, Hotel Bel-Air, Los Angeles

“Oh, I had green chile enchiladas and beans--at home. I have a dear friend who makes these things for me, and I freeze them. My friend is from Mexico, so they are authentic--I don’t like imitation anything. The enchiladas are filled with cheese and the beans, whole pintos, are spicy. They’re absolutely delicious. All I had with them was a little sour cream.”
