Airbus Industrie snatched up one of rival Boeing Co.’s most reliable customers with a $1.3-billion order from Boullioun Aviation Services Inc., a suburban Seattle airplane lessor. The order for at least 30 short-range jets marks the first Airbus purchase for a company founded by Tex Boullioun, who once led Boeing’s commercial airplane unit. Bellevue, Wash.-based Boullioun Aviation agreed to a firm order of 15 A-320 jets and 15 A-319s and took options for an unspecified number more. Boeing shares rose 81 cents to close at $36.06 on the NYSE.
