On Friday morning, Compton police received an anonymous tip that Livingston had been seen at a Lancaster apartment complex. Compton police obtained a search warrant. Later in the afternoon, the department’s Emergency Response Team burst into the apartment after the occupants refused to come to the door.

Livingston, who was wearing a bulletproof vest, was arrested without incident. A woman in the apartment was arrested and booked on suspicion of harboring a wanted felon.
