Sun Microsystems Inc., the largest maker of computer workstations, said it will today unveil a computer and a host of software and services aimed at the fast-growing telecommunications market. The company will take the wraps off its Netra 1800 server that can give telecom equipment companies such as Lucent Technologies the gear they need to build fail-safe phone systems to handle 911 emergency services and calling card automation.
