Trustees of Saddleback and Irvine Valley College will consider a second administrative reorganization at the district board meeting tonight. Controversy has surrounded the South Orange County Community College District since a sweeping administrative reorganization in 1997 that sent many teacher/administrators back to the classroom. Last week, a Superior Court judge ordered the board to tape-record its closed-door meetings for two years, citing “persistent and defiant misconduct” by the trustees stemming from the last reorganization.
