ORANGE COUNTY EARNINGS

MTI Technology Corp.: The Anaheim provider of storage solutions reported that net income for the fiscal third quarter dropped to $1.5 million, or 5 cents a share, from $5.1 million, or 17 cents a share, for the same quarter of the previous year. Revenue for the quarter ended Jan. 2 declined 12% to $47.7 million from $54 million.
