Microsemi Corp.: The Santa Ana supplier of semiconductors and other products said net income for the fiscal first quarter declined 26% to $2.3 million, or 20 cents a share, from $3.1 million, or 28 cents a share, for the same period a year ago. Sales for the quarter ended Jan.3 were down 11% to $39.4 million from $44.1 million.
