‘Pay What You Will’ Offered for Two Shakespeare Plays
“Pay What You Will” admission is being offered to today’s 1 p.m. performance of “Measure for Measure” and tonight’s performance at 8 of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” at the Ahmanson Theatre.
Directed by Sir Peter Hall, the two Shakespeare classics are being performed in repertory through Aug. 1. The Ahmanson’s “Pay What You Will” program allows audience members to purchase tickets for a designated performance at whatever price they can afford. The tickets can only be purchased at the Ahmanson box office by cash on the day of the performance, and are limited to two per person.
